Combining many different fitness ideologies and modalities, H.I.I.T & FIT has helped many people look and feel great, as well as gain a surge of confidence like never before.

Unlike every other cookie-cutter workout program, this cutting-edge class is designed for all fitness levels, beginner through advanced, allowing many opportunities for modifications to help each individual progress at their own pace. You will not only learn how to train in calisthenics(bodyweight exercise), but also the fundamentals and advancements of kettlebells, battle ropes, medicine balls, weights, and much more!

Baby Boomer Martial Arts Class (BBMAC)

Ages: 45+

Our Baby Boomer Martial Arts Class (BBMAC) will help you get fit, at a lower impact on your joints. This adult class will allow you to get all of the same great benefits from a traditional martial arts practice, but with less bodily stress.
